Promotion Overview
Information on how to enter and the prizes are part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the First Home Training Camp (“Promotion”) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are based on New Zealand Standard Time (NZST) or New Zealand Daylight Time (NZDT) as the case requires.
Eligibility
This Promotion is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over.
The following are ineligible: (i) employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, Aera 22 Opco Limited (“Aera”). Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

Promotion Period
This Promotion commences at 12:00 AM NZDT on 19 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM NZDT on 1 November 2026 (“Promotion Period”), running for 14 consecutive days including weekends.
How to Enter
To enter this Promotion, eligible individuals must, during the Promotion Period, undertake the following steps:
• Download the Aera mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
• Tap the in-app button “I’m in. Training Camp.”
• Complete their member profile in the app.
• Complete each daily sprint task (the “daily action”) on the day it is published inside the app.
Completion of daily actions and entry into the Promotion does not guarantee receipt of any prize. Participation grants eligibility only and is subject to the additional conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Completion of daily actions and entry into the Promotion does not guarantee receipt of any prize. Participation grants eligibility only and is subject to the additional conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Participants may enter at any point during the Promotion Period. Only participants who have entered by 11:59 PM NZDT on 18 October 2026 are able to complete a full, unbroken 14-day streak and are therefore eligible for the grand prize. Participants who enter after that date remain eligible for daily prizes on any day they complete the daily action.
Process
Once entered into this Promotion, the following steps will be used to establish winners and prize fulfilment:
• Participants must complete each daily action to keep their streak alive and remain eligible for the grand prize. An action may be completed on the day it is published, or caught up on the following day by completing it alongside that day’s action.
• Missing two days in a row breaks a participant’s streak. A broken streak cannot be restored, and that participant is no longer eligible for the grand prize. They remain eligible for the daily spin on every remaining day of the Promotion Period.
• Every participant receives one (1) spin of the wheel for each day of the Promotion Period, offered when they open that day in the app. The spin is not conditional on completing that day’s action, and any daily prize won on the spin is theirs to keep. A spin not taken on the day it is offered is forfeited and cannot be claimed later.
• One (1) provisional grand prize winner will be selected from participants who complete a full, unbroken 14-day streak at the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
• Selection as the provisional grand prize winner does not guarantee receipt of the prize; Aera reserves the right to verify completion of all 14 days before fulfilling the grand prize.

Announcement Details
The promotion will close on 1 November 2026 at 11:59 PM NZST at the Aera NZ offices, Auckland, New Zealand.
The grand prize winner will be notified via phone and email within five (5) business days of the close. The winner’s details (first initial, surname, and suburb) will be published via the Aera NZ website and social media channels after notification.

Prize
Grand Prize: One (1) Training Pack with a total value of approximately $1,000, comprising approximately $500 of the items available to be won during the Training Camp, plus a $500 Noel Leeming voucher.
1. Grand prize is awarded to one (1) participant who completes the full 14-day streak.
2. The grand prize will only be fulfilled once the winner has purchased their first home using Aera’s services, entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement facilitated by Aera, and completed settlement on the property.
3. If the provisional winner does not complete settlement with Aera within a reasonable timeframe determined by Aera, Aera reserves the right to withdraw the prize or award it to another eligible participant.
4. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any alternative prize, except at the Promoter’s discretion.
5. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any component of the prize with one of equal or greater value if required.
6. Any costs not expressly included as part of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
